Are there any planned engineering works or unexpected transmitter faults on the Sutton Coldfield (Birmingham, England) mast?

UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).

On Sunday evening here in Worcester I became aware there was no BBC DAB Multiplex 12b reception on all of my sets around the house, this went on until Monday morning. All other dab multiplexes were fine.
I could not find any details of failure or Engineering work relating to this on any web sites.
An automated reply from the BBC trouble shooting guide advised me to:
1.Retune
2.Fit a DAB aerial
3.Consult a Aerial installer.
The BBC national DAB came back on briefly just before 9am and then went off again. it returned later that morning and is still on.

Any info on this failure please

sid: In Worcester, your nearest high power BBC DAB is Turners Hill which I received here in Cheltenham long before there were local ones near here. Perhaps Turners Hill had the problems?

So apparently we loose all the local radio on DAB then? No mention of BBC Radio B'ham, Stoke and Derby. Are they all relegated back to FM only then? This seems to have been kept very quiet.

Oldpaul100: *ALL* existing BBC and non-BBC local radio will be provided on DAB.

It's part of the plan, which has been clearly made public here - Ofcom | Annex B. Local DAB build-out plans - for over two years now.

Details of BBC WM DAB radio station | ukfree.tv - 11 years of independent, free digital TV advice is on air and has been for ages. Details of BBC Radio Stoke DAB radio station | ukfree.tv - 11 years of independent, free digital TV advice too.

The Derbyshire multiplex has not yet started.

Do none of the maps work now for DAB/FM Coverage (specifically after DAB/FM in Sutton Coldfield)?
